Rating:my father purchased a car tent awning that was the incorrect size, just prior to being hopsitalised with a heart attack. it is the wrong awning. he asked Mon-camping-car if they would be able to exchange for the correct one. they refused as outside of fourteen days. no grace window offered or understanding that he was hospitalised at the time of delivery.
mon père a acheté un auvent de tente de voiture de taille incorrecte, juste avant d'être hospitalisé suite à une crise cardiaque. ce n'est pas le bon auvent. il a demandé à Mon-camping-car s'ils pouvaient échanger contre le bon. ils ont refusé comme en dehors du délai de quatorze jours. aucune fenêtre de grâce offerte ou compréhension du fait qu'il a été hospitalisé au moment de l'accouchement
